Bringing over 35 years of construction industry experience, we offer a comprehensive suite of services to make sure you get the most out of your software. We believe training is essential. No matter how simple the system a confused user will quickly become a non-user. We keep the training simple and train users only on what they need to know. We offer our training services in the following packages:

Gold

Everything there is to know about Viewpoint For Projects and more: A six day course with a recommended delivery of two days each week for three weeks.

Silver

Specifically designed for customers operating the Professional level of functionality provided: A four day course with a recommended delivery of two days per week for two weeks.

Bronze

The required basics to run and manage Viewpoint For Projects for document collaboration functionality: A two day course.

Other Courses

General user onsite classroom sessions: A session for beginners walking you through all of the general functionality to provide a level of knowledge required to run common day to day activities. Recommended for up to eight people held at a customer venue, trainees provide their own hardware and session will be provided presentation style. Training provided in a minimum of three two-hour sessions.

  • Recommended minimum purchase: One day

General user remote learning session: A session for beginners walking you through all of the general functionality to provide a level of knowledge required to run common day to day activities. Recommended for up to five people, trainees require a PC with internet access, microphone and speakers. Training provided in minimum of three two-hour online sessions.

  • Recommended minimum purchase: One day

Advanced user sessions: Individuals with a working knowledge of Viewpoint For Projects or those who are required to perform specialist activities such as document controllers, QS, package management, procurement activities, design and build set up, design consultants, multiple upload, etc. Recommended for up to five people at a customer venue, trainees provide their own hardware and session will be provided presentation style. Training provided in a minimum of three two-hour sessions.

  • Recommended minimum purchase: One day

System administrator workshops: This mobilisaton package is designed to provide all the system administrator knowledge these parties should need as part of the initial programme, however, top up sessions for new employees joining in an administrator role post can catch up with a series of these workshops. These are compartmentalised to cover system build, workflow design, security and permissions, forms, contract manager and tendering. Recommended for up to three people at a customer venue, trainees provide their own hardware and session will be provided presentation style.
Training provided in three modules covering set levels of functionality.

Supply chain engagement: For less involved users with a specific remit to provide and explore niche areas or work on a project. Typically a three-hour session on how to login, navigate, upload search make comments and download. It is likely these users will have limited permissions and visibility of much of the system set up. Recommended for up to eight people per session at a customer venue, trainees provide their own hardware and session will be provided presentation style. Training provided as two identical sessions of three hours (one morning and one afternoon) to accommodate up to sixteen people in a day.
